Aidan can really roll over now...

It's official! Aidan can roll from his back to his front. Remember when he could roll from his front to his back? Well, it seems he has somewhat forgotten. So, maybe it never really happened...But, this video is proof that he can roll back to front.

He learned a few new tricks while in Utah. Not only does he take a bottle (still a happy moment in my life) but he found his toes--which is one of the cutest phases I think. And, of course rolling over. He is also learning to sit up and so this is why I live for the 6 month old baby. They can do all kinds of tricks and it is so fun to watch them learn every day! Thank you for reading my braggin post...My kid is the coolest. The end.

Swimming Lessons at the old school pool....

I signed the girls up for swimming lessons in Heber at the school pool. They are taught by members of the Wasatch swim team and my girls love it! Cambree can swim and float on her back and stomach. She is getting really good. Brinlee was in a class with 5 boys and no other girls. But, she didn't care. Aidan was just along for the ride and Brin thought he needed protective eye wear. Fun times.

Jumping Jacks

Emily took the girls to Jumping Jacks with their Utah friend Jadin. They all had a great time and it was a great suggestion from Jadin!

Our week long vacation in Utah

We have been very busy here in Utah. We have done swimming lessons every morning and then played in the afternoons. The girls went to a place called Jumping Jacks with Emily and they were also able to go to Build A Bear too. They have been spoiled!! Most exciting is that Aidan now can take a bottle! Okay, it is mostly exciting for me. Hee hee. We made super capes for the kids...probably a good possibility for Halloween. Sean got a mullet. We played Go Fish and Old Maid and Sean is a pro. Anyway, we have had a lot of fun and here are a couple of pictures from the week.

Brinlee's 5th Birthday!!

We are probably heading to Utah on Friday so we had Brinlee's birthday party a day early and it was great! She invited a couple of her good friends and they had a wonderful pool party. They ate their own "fish bowl" and it was delicious when whipping cream was sprayed directly into their mouths. They all had a great time and Brinlee feels like a princess for a day or two.
Grandma Judy came over in the evening for a cupcake and candle blowing ceremony. Brinlee was then of course rewarded with wonderful presents from her grandma that she loves! We love ya Brin! Happy birthday blondie!

Happy Birthday Crampa Jerrry!

Today is my dad's birthday and tomorrow is Brinlee's 5th birthday. The girls LOVE birthdays and they just wanted to sing to their "Crampa". We sure love you and hope you had a really great day! Love, Bridgett, Mike, Cambree, Brinlee and Aidan!!

Aidan can roll over!!

Well, here we are just 3 days after the 5 month mark and lil' baby Aidan can roll from his stomach to his back and it won't be long before he is rolling from his back to his stomach. I tried and tried to get him to roll over while I filmed so I could put a cute little clip on the ol' blog, but he just cried while I did it because he could see me right across from him and I wasn't holding him. Spoiled? Nah.

Our new little sister??

We were goofing around and put Cambree's clip in Aidan's hair and took this picture. This is one picture that Mike didn't want to get out. He thinks it is mean to post. I think it is hilarious and I do the blogging so I win...

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!

This little post is for all the "dad's" in my life. I thought I might have a picture of my dad, but it turns out that he must hate to pose for pics. So, these are just a few that I found on our computer. Dad's are fantastic people! I appreciate my dad and all that he has done for me! He is a great example and friend. I love the dad that Mike is to our children. He is so fun to play with and so good to make sure that they are able to try a little of everything. Fishing, hunting, sports...you name it, these kids have tried it or else will if Mike has anything to do about it. And, I would like to acknowledge Mike's dad, Don. He was a wonderful example for Mike and they made a lot of great memories together. We love our dad's! We hope you have a great Father's Day!

It's Time to Vote America

Okay, so I must think I am extra popular to think that a lot of people look at my blog, but whatever. Anyway, I am trying out a couple of new backgrounds. I haven't taken pictures for a day or two, so I may as well try out some backgrounds. Anyway, let me know if you like this one. Emily wasn't too fond of the last one...it was okay but not her favorite. Is this one too bright?

Sean's going to Snow!

My baby mammoth brother Sean is going to play football for Snow College! We are so excited for him! Do us proud Sean!

Aidan is breaking our arms...

Our little fella isn't so little anymore. He honestly weighs 100 pounds. Okay, not honestly. But, he is very close to 20 pounds. (He weighed 18 lbs. a month ago at his 4 month check.) Cambree likes to carry him around, but he gets a little heavy and so this is how she ends up toting him around. We are going to have massive biceps before this boy can walk. He also has learned a delightful new trick of pushing backwards with his legs. Which, makes him slightly mobile and oh so proud of himself. He likes to pull this trick while I am changing his diaper and then I have to rope him down and try again. Fun...

Our little feathered friends...

We made a wonderful little bird feeder because my friend Kathryn had made one and blogged it on her blog. So, we took the idea and built the little feeder that has been blowing in the wind ever since. Well, we have a little family of yellow birds that come to visit regularly now and this is one of the birds. We haven't identified it yet so if anyone knows what it is, let us know. We think it is beautiful and the girls and Mike have named him "Petey". (Dumb and Dumber--blind boy's bird).

A funny story...

Cambree lost her 2nd tooth 3 days after she lost her 1st tooth. We tried really hard to pull it before we left for church on Sunday and couldn't get it. But, wouldn't you know it? Mike snagged it a little during the passing of the sacrament and it was hanging by a thread. So, after the sacrament was passed, they got up and went into the hall and finished the job. She is so proud and has to show EVERYONE her missing teeth. The tooth fairy brought her a golden dollar this time, so who knows what that crazy fairy will bring for the 3rd and 4th. Maybe a stick of gum to pull out all the rest or maybe a big crunchy apple.
