Aidan's First Cereal

Well, we did it! We fed our little baby his first bit of cereal. We tried it at night and he liked it a lot, but he got floppin' around in the Bumbo a bit so we had to move him to the bouncer seat. I think that this is going to open a whole new world for the little guy that he is really going to like.
Aidan also has changed a TON this past week or two. He can now play with toys and he rolls up on his side. He loves to spit bubbles and loves to watch his sisters play. He is getting so fun!!

A picture for Andy

I am putting a little nieces and nephew picture on my blog for Andy--the proud uncle of these three. He mocks my blog, but I secretly know that he looks at it all the time and is excited to read what crafty thing we are going to come up with next. Admit it Andy, you love my blog!

Our amazing plant pals

We did bring our plant pals inside and look how well their "hair" grew! So, after a little bit of fun Brinlee and I decided we needed to give our pals a haircut. Here are the results... Okay, so the pictures are in the wrong order, but you get the idea. Don't you?

Borrowing little Keaton's BUMBO!

Michelle let us borrow Keaton's bumbo and Aidan thought it was such a happy

treat. I told Mike is looks like he is riding in a saddle. I think it will really help him to learn to sit up. THANKS MIC!!

Enjoying a nice day outside....FINALLY!

It was finally a nice day on Sunday and when we got home from church...at 6:00...we cooked a little on the BBQ and ate outside. The kids thought they were the luckiest people on the planet. The picture of the cups is of the little plant pals we planted the other night. They are supposed to grow hair (grass) and so we are patiently waiting for that to happen. Granted we have kept them outside so it is a little slow going. Mike said if we brought them in and put them in the window they would grow faster. Maybe we should...

Good nutrition

Sometimes for fun we let little Aidan suck on his sock. Okay, not really, but a couple of nights ago he was kind of cranky and we just stuck it in there to be funny. Now I realize this probably isn't that hilarious.
